When you call ECS, it is likely Lucy that you will talk to first. She is an amazingly positive person who provides great support to Nick Topp, the engineers in the office, and to those that call on ECS.
Unfortunately work does not stop when she leaves the office. Outside of work you will find Lucy helping her electrician husband running cables or passing him light fittings or outlets to fit off.
